Walmart Supercenter at 4115 East Lincolnway, Sterling, Illinois.

Pretty busy for a Monday, had only a few cashiers open. Probably 4 of them. a lady in front of me with two carts full of items, plus one person ahead of her. One person comes up behind me with a full cart and they take her to an empty brand new opened cashier. I only at a few things. So I waited. Then an employee came and took another person that came up behind me with a full card to this cash register, with no light on. I left. I don't get it. Customer service is something to be desired.

Great staff,but long lines.8 staff members chatting with one open register.I had ONE ITEM AND CASH,and the cashier or "human"in front of me didn't offer me to go first when she had TWO FULL CARTS that ended up over $500.00&nobody offered me help.I was trying to get home to my baby&this lady was yelling obscenities!! Looking out for the customers needs IS ALL I WANT IN A STORE.But the employees were all nice,just ignorance&terrible training&organization.Sorry.
